Key Responsibility Areas :
• As an End user, processing the Order Forms sent by CT & following up with SAP team for confirming the successful handling of the orders in SAP
• Shipment Execution ( preparation of draft invoice on the basis of the Shipment Request(SR) created by the CT to sending out shipping / handover instructions to the LSP & Hubs).
• Follow up with NSN team, HUB, LSP and responsible 3rd parties to ensure timely execution of shipment.
• Follow up with LSP/HUB for draft AWB, checking the same & requesting for original Airway bill or amendment to the draft if required
• Doing sales recognition in SAP by sending & dispatch of shipment & invoice in SAP
• Presentation of final documents to the Bank for LC shipment and revenue realization
• Dispatch of export documents to Customer & archiving of the SR files as per the procedures laid out.
• Accountable for e2e customer purchase order execution management from (NSN) handover to collect cash support.
• Ensure first time correct documentation and pre-checks for order templates and invoices.
• Maintaining/Sending MIS reports as per the agreed schedule.
